As a Customer Success Manager for Enterprise Accounts, you will be managing a subset of Professional Diversity Network’s Enterprise Accounts – serving as the main point of contact to onboard, drive adoption, provide reporting and answering questions that will ultimately lead to renewals and/or expansion.

Customer Success Manager Job Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary contact for onboarding new clients, training of the platform to the client and provide support
• Partner with our clients to deliver a positive relationship while meeting and exceeding their recruitment goals

• Delivering and communicating ROI for our clients throughout the duration of their campaign lifecycle

• Being the trusted partner for the client on best practices, product functionality, reporting and any campaign-related questions that may arise

• Ability to work with the PDN Operations and Marketing team to drive client success

• Attention to detail as it relates to client outreach and follow ups

Customer Success Manager Job Requirements:
• 3+ years of direct experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Business Development, or another client-facing role
• Bachelor’s Degree

• Experience in working with an active client book of 30+ clients

• Ability to create an internal structure to ensure client success
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adjust as needed
• Must be articulate, organized and proactive, with documented success working under tight deadlines.
• Must demonstrate client management proficiency
• Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Basic HTML skills a plus

• Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g. Sales, Product, Marketing, Operations)

• Driven, self-motivated, enthusiastic and with a “can-do” attitude
