We are looking for a motivated, proactive retail sales professional with a proven track record in luxury sales and experience dealing with passionate clientele who are accustomed to superior customer service. In this role, you will provide a luxury shopping experience for all customers at the Scotty Cameron Gallery.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Greet customers and seek to understand customer needs with confidence through intentional conversation, fulfilling their needs by utilizing strong product knowledge
  • Deliver a customer experience consistent with the company's core service standards and the Scotty Cameron brand. Ensure that customers are receiving the maximum level of service at all times.
  • Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on customer needs and desires.
  • Communicate the attributes of the merchandise and answer all customer questions.
  • Maintain knowledge of current and past product offerings
  • Arrange, display and maintain to meet he goals and objectives of the Gallery experience.
  • Process cash, credit and gift card purchases accurately using the POS (RetailPro) system.
  • Assist with opening and closing cash registers, performing tasks such as counting money, separating charge slips, balancing cash drawers, and making deposits.
  • Work Special Events and Corporate outings as needed.
  • Responsible for maintaining proper inventories of office supplies and other items necessary for the continuity of the business. Will include making requests to Manager and Studio for fulfillment.
  • Assist with POS (RetailPro) maintenance and with Cycle Count preparation and execution.
  • Responsible for emailing change requests from the bank and getting deposits to the bank through our security service in collaboration with Security Specialist.
  • Ensure the store always meets the company's high standards with regards to merchandising, visual presentations, housekeeping and loss prevention requirements.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required. Some college and/or degree preferred.
  • 5 years of experience in luxury brand sales and service required.
  • Passion for serving and understanding customers with proven interpersonal skills to deal effectively with a high level clientele.
  • Basic knowledge of the game of golf and Scotty Cameron Putters is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong motivational and communication skills.
  • Must possess thorough knowledge of point-of-sale POS (RetailPro) policies and procedures. Must become competent with Retail Pro.
  • Strategic thinker who will help reach marketing and sales goals, enhance the Scotty Cameron brand and maintain the high level of customer experience
  • Incredibly creative marketing and communication skills
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office software programs
  • Ability to stand or walk for more than eight (8) hours a day. Must be able to lift 30 lbs and carry boxes up and down stairs.
